1.1.7. "IP Address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The User’s use of the application signifies agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the application.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to this application. The application administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party applications that the User may access via links available in this application.

2.4. The application administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User of the application.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the application administration regarding the intentional non-disclosure of personal data that the User provides upon various requests from the application administration (e.g., during registration in the application, placing an order, subscribing to notifications, etc.).

4.1.10. Providing the User, with their consent, with product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the application or its partners.

4.1.11. Conducting advertising activities with the User’s consent.

4.1.12. Providing the User with access to third-party websites or services of the application’s partners to receive their offers, updates, or services.

5. Methods and Terms of Personal Data Processing

5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without a time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automated means or without such means.

5.2. The User agrees that the application administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, such as courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s requests made in the application under the public offer agreement.

5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by applicable legislation.

6. Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User undertakes to:

6.1.1. Provide accurate and truthful information about personal data necessary for using the application.

6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided personal data information in case of changes to this information.

6.1.3. Take measures to protect access to their confidential data stored in the application.

6.2. The application administration undertakes to:

6.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Not disclose the User’s personal data, except as provided in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Block personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of the User’s request or the request of their legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects’ rights during the verification period, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
